Paul then started up his own manufacturing software company, built it and sold it to a large public company at a significant multiple.

After selling his business in 2006, Paul decided he wanted to utilize his experiences and successes to help other entrepreneurs and companies grow, build value and exit. He has helped numerous companies increase revenues and profits. He has helped them with strategic planning, leadership development, expansion strategies and execution, legal decisions, licensing, financial modelling for growth, raising capital and exiting.

Paul is focused on four things for his clients:
1. GROWTH in revenues, profits and market share
2. Decreasing STRESS among the leadership team and the organization
3. Building VALUE for eventual succession or exit
4. If applicable, helping clients successfully EXIT at maximum value

Paul has “given back” to the educational and entrepreneurial communities by speaking and lecturing at places such as the University of Oregon MBA and Law Schools; as well as at local Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs).

Paul holds a J.D. degree from the University of Oregon and undergraduate degree from the University of Santa Clara. He is a member of the California State Bar, and holds Series 7, 63 and 24 FINRA/Securities Licenses.

When not helping his corporate clients grow, build value and exit, you can find Paul exercising at his beloved athletic club, fly fishing on Oregon rivers, skiing, traveling to visit his children, and having incredible fun with his young grandchildren!
