STEVEN KIM

Steven has worked with clients from a diverse range of industries, including bio-pharma, medical devices, semi-conductors, automotive technology, retail food, and medical imaging.

Steven has specific expertise in franchising and joint ventures, with a focus on deal structures and negotiations. At Cambridge/IMS bio-pharma consultancy, he advised on pricing and reimbursement, licensing and partnership deals, portfolio management, and competitive landscape assessments. Steven's investor relations concentration was on small-medium sized companies, as he provided guidance on investor awareness, regulatory matters, and FTC filings.

Steven holds an MBA and a J.D. from York University, where he served as Senior Law Review Editor, and earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Toronto. Steven is a licensed attorney in Canada.
