PERICLES DUCAS

Pericles has a diverse finance, creative, and entrepreneurial background that he applies to investment banking transactions for technology, medical device companies and healthcare companies.

Pericles joined Growthink after a successful tenure performing business development in Retained Executive Search. He successfully placed C-level executives with companies ranging from venture-backed startups to Fortune 500 companies, advising clients on management requirements, product development needs and compensation negotiations. He was also involved in building executive groups in the consumer retail, computer peripherals, e-commerce and the financial services arenas.

Pericles also has extensive contract negotiation experience in the healthcare and real estate industries. He has managed the negotiations process with national healthcare providers on contracts exceeding $50 million.

Pericles earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Cal. State Los Angeles.
