MELISSA WELCH

Melissa has extensive experience in healthcare and recruiting, and brings experience in sales, project management, business development, and executive search to Growthink.

Melissa started her career in the healthcare arena at industry leader Emerald Health Services, where clients included some of the nation's largest hospital systems. After Emerald, Ms. Welch worked as an executive recruiter at the Lucas Group, one of the world's largest retained executive search firms. Clients included companies in the software, entertainment, biotechnology, manufacturing, consumer products, retail, and real estate sectors.

Melissa earned her Bachelor's in Legal Studies from Johnson & Wales University.
