JACK WOLBERT - Engagement Partner

As an Engagement Partner, Jack leads Growthink's Venture Pipeline by advising clients with break-out potential (typically market capitalization greater than $100MM within 12 months time).  In 2011, clients in the venture pipeline have increased revenues by an average of 455%, raised over $100MM in capital, and built over $400MM in shareholder value.

While at Growthink, Jack has led over 200 assignments, notably: Advising an energy infrastructure project which secured $150MM in equity financing and advising a Regional Bank on their re-capitalization effort during the banking crisis of 2008-2009 which resulted in the procurement of TARP funds and the acquisition of two additional banking assets. He has also conducted ongoing advisory work with a rapidly-scaling healthcare services firm which grew existing locations by 500% in second year of operation, increased revenue per location by 150%, and secured $5MM of non-dilutive capital.

Prior to working with Growthink, Jack built a chain of retail outlets on the west coast which were sold to a strategic acquirer.
