Growthink Helps New Orleans Rebuild: Named Advisor of Record to Affordable Housing Fund Community Development Capital

Los Angeles, CA—Growthink has been named advisor of record to Community Development Capital (CDC) of New Orleans. CDC is an affordable housing loan fund that provides financing to non-profit and for-profit organizations engaged in the construction of affordable housing and the rehabilitation of the City’s housing stock that was damaged in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in 2005.

Growthink is advising CDC on the Fund’s Strategic Planning and Capital Acquisition initiatives.
