We take the role of an investor in these discussions, asking all the tough questions and gauging the quality of a client’s responses and their ability to stand up to investor scrutiny. This allows us to begin to draft the business plan based on a client’s vision, but more importantly to identify the areas that need more work. Our process begins by conducting market research to validate the business opportunity; followed by developing a detailed 5 year financial model with all the necessary projections (typically an income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows) based on the market research data collected; then drafting a complete business plan conveying the market opportunity, financial drivers, service/product overview, management team strengths, marketing plan, operations and execution plan.

Biddees™ harnesses the power of decreasing price auctions to create a fun, fast and convenient opportunity for customers to buy a wide selection of prepaid cards at a guaranteed discount from face value. Biddees™ auctions prepaid cards issued by national retailers and leading financial service companies such as Amazon, Wal-Mart, Visa and MasterCard. The Company also auctions prepaid cards in categories of goods and services where consumers do not typically receive any discounts such as mobile phone services, sporting and concert tickets, travel, gasoline, groceries and restaurants. Growthink helped the company develop a strategic growth plan and documented it in the company’s business plan. Growthink also developed an investor presentation.

MJW Solutions is an emerging provider of premier healthcare products and equipment. Growthink was retained prior to launch of the Company and played a vital role in creating the Company’s forward-looking financial projections. After working with Growthink, MJW Solutions was able to secure its seed financing and the Company is on pace to exceed over $10 million in revenues within its second year of operation.

HelixWind (OTCBB: HLXW) has developed a portfolio of next generation small-scale wind turbines targeted towards individuals, small businesses, and the telecommunications industry. Growthink evaluated the company's business model, developed a financing strategy and created an investor package to support that financing. Growthink worked directly with the company CEO and Board of Directors for three months to refine the business model and reposition the company's story for investors. In early 2009 the company went public through a reverse merger, raised two additional rounds of private capital, and has since acquired a number of other wind turbine and renewable energy companies.

Insectigen produces bio-friendly pesticide additives which were discovered and developed within the University of Georgia Technology Innovation Center. Insectigen’s core technology is a safe and eco-friendly alternative to chemical pesticides. Growthink developed a product commercialization strategy, created investor offering materials, and secured the Company’s series A round in the amount of $5 million.

Cardio Quick Systems has a patented, ground-breaking EKG placement technology. Growthink was retained to secure multiple rounds of capital, including over $1 million in receivables financing, $1 million in equity financing, and additional sources of debt. Since working with Growthink, the Company was able to secure a term sheet for credit facilities within 2 weeks and raised over 20% of additional capital within 1 week.
