Phase II: Discovery

During the engagement discovery phase, Growthink conducts extensive client interview sessions to:

  • Ensure that the engagement team is in synch with the client's vision and growth and financing expectations
  • Identify the key strategic and research questions to be addressed during the engagement

Growthink has had great success and experience in conducting these interview sessions both virtually (i.e., conference calls) and in-person. This interface flexibility allows Growthink to expand the national and global reach and scaling of its client base -- as evidenced by the wide variety of past clients of the firm. By way of example, Growthink has worked with clients from over 40 states, and 10 foreign countries, including Japan, Germany, England, Korea, Australia, and China.
