Phase IV: Business Strategy

Based on research conducted in the previous phase, Growthink assists clients, as needed, in refining their business strategies. Growthink’s strategic recommendations are made in conjunction with reviewing the client's business and revenue models and marketing, partnership, human resources, and operations strategies.

Correspondingly, during this phase, Growthink’s engagement team works with clients to refine their financial projections model - developing defensible assumptions for all revenue and expense drivers.
